BEEF BARBECUE 
3 tbsp. oil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (6 oz.) can water
7 oz. Domino brown sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) tomato ketchup
3 cans corned beef

Put oil in large skillet and saute onions and peppers. Do not brown. Add tomato paste and water, stirring until mixed. Add ketchup and sugar, cooking on low heat until hot. Add corned beef, by cutting up and stirring one can at a time. This makes it easier to break up chunks. Simmer on low for 15 minutes or put in crock pot on low until ready to eat. Serve in rolls. Great to prepare ahead for company or parties!
