MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
2 tbsp. McCormick fried chicken seasoning
1 c. cream
1 med. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. red pepper (optional)
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine meat and dry ingredients well. Add well beaten eggs and cream. Be sure to use 1 tablespoon of the fried chicken seasoning in the meatloaf. Use the 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs in the meatloaf.
