PECAN COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients as listed with electric mixer. Stir in 3 1/2 ounce flaked coconut and 1/2 cup broken pecans. Turn into unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake 45-50 minutes in 350 degree oven. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
