1 stick butter
3 eggs
7 oz. coconut
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix together and pour into 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
