SKILLET MACARONI WITH HAM 
8 oz. perciatelli
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. cooked ham, diced
1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. parsley, minced, if desired

Heat oil, cook onion until tender. Brown ham lightly. Add tomatoes, paste, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook perciatelli according to directions and drain. Add cheese, perciatelli and parsley to cooked tomato and ham mixture. Serves 3 or 4.
