1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. blueberry, raspberry or peach vinegar
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Whisk together all ingredients but oil. Add oil slowly until blended. Refrigerate. Use within 3 days on a spinach-cucumber salad.
