OATMEAL ROLLS 
1 c. oatmeal, quick cooking
2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast, softened in 1/3 c. warm water
5 c. flour

Cook the first 3 ingredients and let cool until lukewarm. Add sugars, salt, and yeast. Add and knead in flour. Let rise and then form into dinner rolls. Let rise again and bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
