"BAKED EGGS" 
8 slices buttered bread
2 c. diced ham
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cube bread small. Put in bottom of well-greased pans. Mix eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Pour over bread. Place ham and cheese on top. Foil and refrigerate overnight. Leave foil on and bake for 1 hour at 350°F. Check 1/2 hour.
