SAUCY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. flour
1 can beef bouillon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
Rice or noodles

Combine beef, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Shape into 20 small balls. Heat shortening on medium flame, add meat balls and brown on all sides. Remove meatballs. Add onion and paprika to fat in skillet and brown slightly, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour and brown for 2 to 3 minutes. Slowly add beef bouillon and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly. Add meatballs, cover skillet and simmer for 20 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour cream and heat. Do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles. 4 servings.
