CREAMED CHICKEN OR TURKEY 
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 1/2 to 3 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
1/2 c. cooked, cut up celery
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. pimentos (1 sm. jar)

Melt butter, add bouillon cubes and break up. Stir in flour and poultry seasoning. Add milk and lemon juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Stir in chicken, celery and pimentos; add pecans. Serve hot over biscuits or toast.
