LOW - FAT CREAMED CHICKEN OR
TURKEY
 
2 c. chicken or turkeys, cooked and cut into bite-size chunks
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp. flour
1 c. broth
Few drops yellow food coloring
Dash of mace or nutmeg

Make a white sauce by stirring flour into broth and cooking over medium heat until it thickens. Add other ingredients and cook until heated through. Serve over toast, noodles, baked or mashed potatoes, or biscuits.
