2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

GLAZE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. canned milk
2 tbsp. butter

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix well and add apples and raisins. Bake in 9x13 inch cake pan at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

GLAZE: Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour over warm cake.
