YUMMY CAKE 
18 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix together until smooth, the cake mix, mandarin oranges and juice, 3/4 cup oil and 4 eggs. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Put into 3 greased and floured 8 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes. Let cool!

FROSTING PART:

1 can (20 oz.) pineapple and juices
4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix pudding mix into pineapple and juice and let stand for 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Put cake together with frosting part in layers. Refrigerate.
