MEXICAN SURPRISE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can chili with beans
1 pkg. (8 or 12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Nacho chips

In a pretty oven proof pie plate, spread cream cheese on bottom. Top with the can of chili and spread. Put cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes until lightly brown. Serve with chips after mixture cools slightly.

Serves 8-10.
