MICROWAVE NACHOS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. taco sauce
4 c. tortilla chips
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Sour cream
Chopped tomatoes
Sliced olives

In a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole, crumble ground beef. Cook at 100% power for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring once. Drain fat. Stir in taco sauce.

On 2 microwave safe dinner plates, layer half of tortilla chips, meat mixture and cheese. Cook each plate on high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream, tomatoes and olives on top if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
