SCALLOPED CORN 
1 stick melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix butter, eggs and whole kernel corn. Add cream style corn, sour cream and corn muffin mix. Mix together and pour into greased large casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or longer until set.
