SCALLOPED CORN 
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained

Melt butter in baking dish. In large bowl, mix together eggs, sour cream and cornbread mix. Add both cans of corn with liquid. Stir. Pour into dish with melted butter. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes. This recipe can easily be doubled.
