SOUR CREAM SCALLOPED CORN 
1 or 1 1/2 sticks butter
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, do not drain
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
2 eggs
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Melt butter. Add corn and sour cream. Mix cream. Add beaten eggs and corn bread mix. Stir.

Bake in uncovered 9 x 13 inch pan at 350°F for 1 hour.
