THREE BEAN SUCCOTASH 
1 onion, diced
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 c. lima beans
1 c. cut green beans
1 c. cut wax beans
1 1/2 c. corn
Salt and pepper to taste
Heavy cream

All vegetables fresh or frozen. Saute onion in butter until golden, add water and all beans and cook for about 10 minutes, or not quite tender. Add corn and cook 3 or 4 minutes more, until water is almost cooked away and vegetables are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste and heavy cream to coat all.
