SHRIMP DIJON 
Shrimp in the French style.

3 lb. uncooked shelled shrimp
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup chives, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
1 cup grated cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Sauté shrimp in butter. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Drain off sauce and set aside. Place shrimp in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Pour butter sauce over all. Bake in 400°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
