MINI BROWNIE TARTS 
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. flour

Mix together as pie crust. Press into mini muffin pans (will make 24).

FILLING:

6 oz. chocolate chips, melted

Remove from heat and add:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg

Put a scant tablespoon of filling on each tart. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
