KATI'S QUESADILLA TERIYAKI CHEESE BURGER | |
1 lb. ground beef (75% lean is best for burgers) 1 egg 1 cup teriyaki sauce 1 cup bread crumbs 4 large tortillas 4 slices provolone cheese 1 cup salsa sliced onion 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) tin foil Mix egg, teriyaki sauce, and bread crumbs with the ground beef. Make 4 patties. Note: Try not to make hockey puck patties, make them more flat. Cook patties on grill, in pan, or broil until done to your liking. Place a slice of provolone cheese in the middle of each tortilla. Place cooked patties on top of each slice of cheese. Top with salsa and onion. Spread mayonnaise around the edge of tortilla. This will help to act like glue. Fold the edges over to enclose the patties. Place folded side down on a piece of tin foil and close. Note: The foil doesn't need to be closed tight. Place back onto grill, pan, or broil (with open end of foil up) until cheese is melted. Makes four burgers. Enjoy! Submitted by: Kati "Ray" |
