LAYERED TACO DIP 
1 (10-12 oz.) can Frito Lay bean dip
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2-3 avocados (mashed & mixed with a little salt & lemon)
1/4 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 tbsp. Picante sauce, drained
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. longhorn cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped black olives

Spread the bean dip on a large plate. Continue to layer the ingredients one on top of the other in the order listed above. Chill.

Fantastic with corn or tortilla chips!
