PARMESAN FISH FILLETS 
1 lb. orange roughy or flounder fillets
Vegetable cooking spray
1 (8 oz.) carton plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Arrange fillets in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan coated with vegetable spray. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over fillets. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. 4 servings, 161 calories per serving.
