PINEAPPLE SHERBET 
1 pineapple
1 c. water
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar

Slice pineapple in half, lengthwise. Remove pulp and place in saucepan with the remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes.

Place in food processor or blender until smooth. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer, beat until frothy, place into pineapple shell and freeze until ready to serve.
