PINEAPPLE SHERBET 
1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. milk
1 egg white beaten

Mix sugar, pineapple and lemon juice. Slowly add milk and egg white. Pour into tray and put in freezer. Stir every hour. Let freeze. Very refreshing on a hot day.
