CHICKEN BREAST AND RICE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 slice of bacon per breast
Salt and pepper
Lg. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each chicken breast. Lay in bottom of casserole dish. Salt and pepper each breast. Mix in separate bowl, sour cream and soup. Pour over breasts. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with rice.
