1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg

SEAFOOD SAUCE:

Combine: 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 tsp. onion salt 2 tsp. prepared horseradish 1/4 tsp. mustard seed

TARTAR SAUCE:

Combine: 1 tsp. parsley, minced 1 tbsp. onion, minced 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
