BARBECUE CHICKEN SAUCE 
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. powdered poultry seasoning
1 egg
1 c. vinegar

Mix oil, salt, pepper, seasoning and egg well with a whipper. Add vinegar and mix again. Makes enough sauce for 2 broilers at 2 1/2 pounds each. Put well basted chicken on charcoal fire about 4-5 inches away from flame. Baste well each time you turn chicken. If fire blazes too much, sprinkle lightly with water. Cook 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
