CHICKEN BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
5 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg

Beat egg in oil and add the rest. Blend well. This amount for 3 chickens frequently turned and basted for approximately 1 hour on grill.

Poultry seasoning can be increased to 6 teaspoons, the salt decreased to 1 1/2 teaspoons and the pepper increased to 1 1/2 teaspoons.

You can use this recipe in the oven too just bake chicken at 350 degrees and baste every 10-15 minutes with sauce.
