CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. minute rice
2 (4 oz.) Velveeta microwave cheese sauce
3/4 c. celery slices
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Saute celery, onions and butter until tender. Add rice, chicken broth and chicken. Cook 8-14 minutes. Stir in cheese sauce. Microwave 2-3 minutes. Place parsley over chicken mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
