PECANS - TOASTED 
12 c. pecan halves
1 stick butter
Salt

Place pecans in a 17 x 12 pan in a 250 degree oven. Toast at least 30 minutes to dry. Add 1 stick butter, sliced. Stir pecans until all are coated in butter.

After pecans and butter are well mixed, sprinkle generously with salt. (Stir pecans while sprinkling them with salt.)
