STARCH PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch

Pour milk and sugar in saucepan and stir until sugar has dissolved. Stir cornstarch in 1/4 cup of water to form a smooth paste. Mix milk and sugar solutions together well. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until pudding becomes thick. Pour into cups. Garnish with chopped walnuts or almonds and sprinkle with cinnamon.
