CORN STARCH PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. Argo cornstarch
3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
5 tbsp. sugar for meringue

Mix sugar with cornstarch and salt until lumps are gone. Add egg yolks and milk a little at a time stirring until smooth. Cook over medium heat in a 2 quart saucepan stirring constantly until thick. Add vanilla. Put in a 3 quart round casserole and put meringue on top and bake in oven at 375 degrees until lightly brown.
