QUICK CURRIED HAM 
2 tbsp. butter
2 onions, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
2 cans cream of celery/mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. mayonnaise
4 c. cubed, cooked ham
8 oz. mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. (or more) curry powder
1 tsp. turmeric

Saute onions and celery and cook until tender not brown. Put in meat, curry powder and turmeric, saute 1 minute longer. Add mushrooms - saute. Stir in soup, milk and mayonnaise. Heat through. Serve over rice.
