CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. oil
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients except black hot coffee. Mix. Add hot coffee. Batter will be thin. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

When cooled, combine cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar. Frost then serve.

The cake is perfect. Very moist. I baked it in a 180°C (350°F) oven for 35 minutes. The top cracked but I covered it up with icing.

Very easy to make and the cake turned out very well, tastes so good and well liked by all. I also had to bake the cake for 45 minutes and reduce the oil to just 3/4 cup. Thank you so much.

Wow, not what I expected. Very moist cake and the flavor is bang on. I didn't use the icing as I'm building a decorative cake. I had to cook the cake at 350°F for 45 min in a rectangular glass pan in a newer digital oven.

Cake turned out great. But I only cooked it for 22 mins at 350°F.
