HAMBURGER BUNS 
1 c. oil
6 tbsp. yeast
3 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. honey
3 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
10 1/2 c. whole wheat flour or 1/2 white

Mix and rest the oil, yeast, water, and honey. Add eggs, salt, and flour. Knead at least 5 minutes. Shape immediately into rolls or hamburger buns. Let rise about 20 minutes and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Preheat oven before you begin this recipe, as it goes fast. Makes 24 large buns.
