HAMBURGER BUNS | |
1 c. oil 6 tbsp. yeast 3 1/2 c. warm water 1/2 c. honey 3 eggs 1 tbsp. sea salt 6 tbsp. bran 1 tbsp. lecithin 10 1/2 c. whole wheat flour or 1/2 white unbleached Mix first 4 ingredients and rest for 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Knead at least 5 minutes. Shape immediately into rolls. For hamburger buns shape into size and shape of a hamburger patty. Let rise about 20 minutes and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. |
