HAMBURGER AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans of hot water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger. Mix rice, soups, water and soy sauce in large 13 x 9 inch pan. Add browned beef. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Leave uncovered and bake another 10 minutes.
