HAMBURGER AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can Italian styled stewed tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked minute rice
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
4-5 slices green pepper; optional

Brown hamburger. Drain. Add tomatoes and soup. Add rice and bring to boil; stir for 5 minutes. Put in casserole dish. Cover with cheese. Arrange pepper slices on top if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
