CREATE A CASSEROLE 
4-5 oz. your favorite pasta
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. milk or dry white wine
1 can condensed cream soup
Mushroom, chicken, celery or shrimp
1 c. American or Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. seasoning (mustard, dillweed or curry)
6-8 oz. canned fish or sea food
Topping

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Combine mayonnaise and milk; stir in remaining ingredients and gently stir in cooked pasta.

Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with a crunchy topping (buttered bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, French fried onions or crushed potato chips). Bake 5 minutes more. Serves 6.
