TEXAS COLE SLAW 
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
3 tbsp. oil (not olive)
3 c. cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped

Place ingredients in large bowl in order given. Mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Keeps for weeks.
