9 DAY COLESLAW 
3 lbs. cabbage (2 heads)
2 med. onions
2 med. bell peppers
2 sm. jars pimento
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. celery seed

Mix in large bowl. Bring to boil for 3 minutes: 1 c. oil 2 tbsp. salt

Let cool and pour over slaw mixture. Refrigerate and stir several times for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Keeps well for several days.
