CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chicken
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Melt butter and stir in stuffing mix. Put 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish. Lay pieces of boneless boiled chicken on top. Pour 1/4 cup of chicken broth over this. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and remainder of chicken broth. Spread evenly over chicken. Sprinkle remainder of stuffing evenly over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
