LOW-FAT OVEN FRIED FISH 
Coat fish with skim milk or evaporated skim milk. Let stand 10 minutes or longer. Dip in corn flake crumbs and place on cookie sheet. May drizzle corn oil butter over fish, if desired. Bake 8-10 minutes at 500 degrees until crispy and continue baking a few minutes until fish flakes when touched with a fork. Season as desired.
