BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can onion rings
4 oz. pasteurized process cheese spread
1 tsp. salt

Cook broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water which you have added 1 teaspoon of salt, cook about 5 minutes, do not cook until tender. Put soups in bottom of 9"x13" casserole, then add half the cheese and half the onion rings. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Add rest of the cheese, also and onion rings. This can be baked at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in regular oven or in the microwave for 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
