RICE - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. chicken, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 c. potato chip crumbs
1 can olives, sliced

Steam vegetables until almost tender. Mix chicken, rice, vegetables, mushrooms with soup and broth. Pour in greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with olives.
