SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (buy #5 can)
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all together; put in serving dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. coconut (shredded)
1 c. pecans
1/2 to 1 bx. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 to 1/3 c. butter

Spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
