SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into chunks or strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped in 1" pieces
1 can pineapple chunks in syrup
1/4 c. honey
1/4 soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Melt butter in skillet. Add pork and garlic. Cook until pork is brown on all sides and tender. Stir in onion, pepper, pineapple and juice, simmer 10 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Stir with other ingredients in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve over rice.
