ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated) 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Chop artichokes, add mayonnaise and cheeses, blend well with spoon. Bake in 1 to 1 1/2 quart size dish. Serve with your favorite crackers while still hot. Very good reheated. |
